5. Provide the unique code displayed on your TV screen, and you should be logged in within 25-30 seconds.

Here is a Summary of Our Key Findings :

1. 37.23% of Hulu users who are using TV-connected devices have reported this error code RUNUNK13.
2. 62.77% of Hulu users did not face this issue. This means these users are either logging in to Mobile or hulu.com to stream their favorite shows.
3. The most common issue reported was to provide “device code” or “activation code.”
4. 16% of such users mentioned that their iPad or TV-connected devices were removed from their accounts.
5. 59.23% of users also had other streaming apps like Netflix and never faced this problem.

How to Fix Hulu Error Code RUNUNK13

If you get a streaming Hulu error RUNUNK13, follow these steps in sequential order. If you fix it before the end of this list, stop!

#1 Restart the Hulu App

2. Android TV

Go to Apps > tap Google Play Store > My Apps > check for any Hulu updates from the Home screen menu.

3. Apple TV (4th generation or later)

Go to the Apple Store > Purchased section > open Hulu.

4. Chromecast

The first step is to make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Based on whether your device is Android or iOS, follow the steps for updating the Hulu application from that device.

5. Fire tablet

From the home screen, select Apps > Store > Menu (three lines) > choose App Updates from the Menu list > Hulu > Update.

6. Fire TV Stick

Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Hulu.

7. iPhone and iPad

From the App Store, select Updates to check for any pending updates.

8. LG TV

10. PlayStation 4

Go to TV & Video from the XMB menu > All Apps > Hulu> press Options on the controller > Check for Updates

11. Samsung TV

Samsung devices receive Hulu updates automatically.

12. Vizio TV

Vizio devices, too, receive Hulu updates automatically.

13. Xbox One

First, connect your console to the Internet, and then open the guide and choose Settings > All settings > System > Updates > Update console.

1. Android phone and tablet

Go to your device’s Settings app. Look for System > Advanced (or About phone) > System Update.

2. Android TV

8. LG TV

To look for a firmware update, press the HOME button on your remote and go to the Settings menu in the top right. Then :

1. Select All Settings > General > About this TV

2. Check for updates.”

9. Nintendo Switch

From the Home menu on your device, tap on System Settings > System > System Update.

10. PlayStation 4

On PS4, press the PS button and then select Settings > System Software Update. In case there is an update available, it will be listed on the next screen.

Now select Next and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

11. Samsung TV

Tap the Menu button on your remote and go to Support > Software Update > select Update Now.

Clear Cache or Cookies

1. If you’re using Hulu service on a browser (Hulu.com), first head to the Settings tab on your browser (e.g., Chrome).
2. Look for “Privacy and security” from the left pane, then tap on the Clear browsing data option.
3. Choose the “Basic” tab, and select “All time,” and make sure all options for cookies and cache are checked.
4. Click on Clear Data

Perform a Full Power Cycle

If you continue to run into network errors, try powering off your device and then restarting it to resolve the issue.

1. Shut down your device.
2. Next, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
3. Now Release the button and wait for another 15 seconds.
4. Turn back on the router & device.
5. Check if you can stream Hulu content.

Update Your Web Browser

If you’re trying to update Chrome, but it’s outdated on your device, there could be a conflict with the Hulu web player.
